su consiglio del tobas:
ho preso mezzo litro di mosto, nel mio caso di uva fragola
ne ho messo un pò in una casseruola ed ho fatto stemperare due cucchiai e mezzo di farina, dopodichè ho aggiunto il resto del mosto e fatto bollire a fuoco lento
mentre cuocevo ho mescolato spesso in modo tale che non si attaccasse, ho aggiunto una bustina di vanillina ed ho aggiustato di zucchero (6 cucchiaini da the)
quando il tutto ha preso una consistenza gelatinosa ho continuato a cucinare il tutto a fuoco lento per 10 minuti circa, mescolando sempre affinchè non si attacchi
ho versato il tutto in 4 coppette da gelato e una volta raffreddate le ho messe in frigo
Nel frattempo ho comprato panna montata e mirtilli, questi ultimi da passare in padella con un pò di zucchero e servire sopra caldi
