Quando senti il bisogno di musica cattiva

Secondo me sono fenomenali, nonostante siano dei personaggi "costruiti". Sono molto tecnici e riescono a creare delle atmosfere "malsane" da film horror che mi hanno sempre affascinato. Poi gli stacchi con il cantato pulito per me sono stupendi, come in questo video:

Anche a me piacciono molto,il mio preferito però è "spiritual black dimension"...anch'io trovo che VORTEX abbia una voce stupenda,infatti se non lo hai gia ti consiglio l'ultimo degli ARCTURUS dove canta solo lui...anche se purtroppo non è un disco all'altezza di "la masquerade infernale"(capolavoro irripetibile).
Comunque i DIMMU saranno pure criticati di falsità e quant'altro,però la qualità è innegabile...c'è poco da fare! [SM=x44458]

Personalmente, riconosco che sono un gruppo notevolissimo, ma non mi hanno mai preso totalmente... quando ho bisogno di musica malvagia, magari mi butto su Vital Remains (Dechristianize), Dissection, primi Darkthrone... [SM=x44464]

Tra i pochi gruppi black che apprezzo,anche per il sobrio abbigliamento (che tamarri osceni...) e l'affabile modo di fare... [SM=x44452]

Fra l'altro anche un gruppo che si fregia di produzioni di classe, evitando il solito cliché del TNBM con le loro produzioni oscene (vedi Darkthrone).

Sugli Arcturus invece si dovrebbe aprire un altro thread, vero Elven? [SM=x44451]

il video di Progenies of the Great Apocalypse all'epoca dell'uscita lo considerai il video metal più tamarro dell'anno...era il 2004 sbaglio???

Poi questa musica malata può non piacere, ma dal punto di vista tecnico non gli si può dire assolutamente nulla

se ti riferisci ai video,i Darkthrone ne hanno fatto uno solo,proprio per non rimanere chiusi in clichè(in teoria un vero gruppo black metal non fa video musicali,perchè il video è una scelta commerciale che fa a pugni con l'intenzione che ha fatto nascere il black metal.

se ti riferisci al face-paint i Darkthrone non fanno uso di questa tecnica da almeno 10 anni,mentre i Dimmu Borgir ne fanno ancora uso-vedere il video di The Serpentine Offering(ho comprato In Sorte Diaboli in edizione limitata con DVD e nel backstage del video si vede chiaramente che si truccano)

se ti riferisci alla qualità musicale,ma scusami è Black Metal quello dei Darkthrone,anche se bisogna ammettere che chi conosce un po' la discografia dei Darkthrone sa che i loro album non sono fatti tutti con lo stampino
